HEY new bestie,
I got my first camera when I was 15 years old but I had a love for photography long before that. It was mostly a hobby for me until I moved from Southern California to Ashland, Oregon, and took photos of friends. Once I settled into Seattle with my wife, I started to focus on finding who my people were. I started taking more creative portraits and branched further into taking photos of couples, especially ones in the LGBTQ community. Taking photos of my community, love, and other creatives has been my dream, and I feel so lucky to do it for a living.
As a non-binary lesbian, I am all too familiar with how it feels to not see yourself represented. I know how it feels to look at yourself in a photo and not be happy with what you see. And I know just how amazing it is to finally see your true self represented. I strive to help others achieve that feeling and recognition.
